She began her dance journey at the age of 3 in Kathak. She has extensive training in Classical dance forms like Kathak, Odissi and Bharatnatyam and other dance forms like Bollywood and Hip Hop. She performed alongside Bollywood star Govinda as his partner for the Bollywood Grind concert and various other Indian stars like Mamta Mohandas, Indrajith, and Arya. She has been recognized for her technique, creativity and her powerful choreographies during several performances and recital ‘Nach Night’ and has been a judge for various talent shows and dance competitions. She is one of the founders of the dance team ‘Team Ground Zero’ which came in the Top 6 teams amongst 30 teams all over US in the reality show ‘Dance USA Dance’ and is the only Bollywood team to perform at Hype Dallas 2019 and 2021. She is the mother of two girls and works as a Revenue Management Tech Lead at Southwest Airlines. She completed her undergraduate in Computer Science from India and holds two graduate degrees - Masters in Finance and Masters in IT Management from University of Texas at Dallas.
